r5: look for general zod to run better in his second time back from a layoff. he gets a big rider upgrade to nuesch and at 20/1, he's worth a few bucks.
r5: slewston. this is a very competitive option claiming affair and i'll take 8/1 on this recent sadler trainee, notwithstanding the aforementioned david nuesch coming aboard.
r6: savage. i've made a ton of money wagering on lobo turfers and this one looks like he'll go off at a big number with the presence of recordado and tradition rocks.
r7: life's pleasures. off the short break for bray, i think pval will have this one a little bit closer to the pace than his previous. if he's fit he should be competitive- would normally be concerned with a comebacker going a route without a sprint prep, but this one has never sprinted and looks like he can run all day.
